Ollie Scoop – Service Terms & Agreement

By initiating service with Ollie Scoop, you agree to the following terms:

Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for maintaining safe and accessible entry to the yard.
If we are unable to complete a scheduled cleanup due to restricted access, the visit will still be charged.

Pet Information

Clients must notify us of any changes in the number of pets, as this may affect service and pricing.

Scheduling & Weather

In cases of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, service may be delayed.
We will return as soon as possible to complete your cleanup.

Service Pauses

If your pet(s) will not be using the yard (vacation, illness, etc.), please notify us in advance to pause service and avoid unnecessary charges.

Liability

Ollie Scoop is not responsible for damages to lawns, gates, pets, or other property while performing services.

Pricing & Changes

Service rates and promotions are subject to change.
Clients will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance of any pricing changes.

Payment Terms

All balances are due promptly.
Unpaid balances must be settled within 15 days.

Service Cancellation

Either party may cancel service at any time with written notice.

Promotional Offer Terms

Free initial cleanup is available with enrollment in regular service.

• If service is canceled before completing 6 weeks of scheduled cleanings, a $39 initial cleanup fee will be applied

• If service is declined after the first visit, the initial cleanup will be billed as a one-time service

Agreement

By starting service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and responsibilities.
