Most customers choose weekly visits to keep their yard clean and odor free, especially with multiple dogs. Bi-weekly service works well for single dog homes or smaller yards. We’re flexible-daily, twice weekly, or one time cleanups are also available. We’ll help you pick the perfect schedule during your free quote!
No! As long as we have clear access to your yard (unlocked gate or a provided code), we’ll handle everything while you’re away. We’ll send you a text or email when the job is complete along with a picture of your closed gate so you come home to a fresh, clean yard.
Yes! We work year round, rain or shine (or snow). Our team is equipped to handle all weather conditions. In extreme weather, we may contact you to reschedule for safety, but we always aim to keep your regular schedule on track.

We responsibly dispose of all waste in accordance with local regulations usually by double bagging and placing it in your regular trash bin (with your permission) or taking it off-site. We never leave waste behind or dump it improperly.
Absolutely! Our team members are trained animal lovers who use only pet and child safe tools and techniques. We never use harmful chemicals or pesticides just good old-fashioned scooping. Your dogs can stay in the yard during service (many love saying hi to our scoopers!), and we’ll always close gates securely behind us.
